Beginners level

Introduction to Padel
Full Beginners will start with a 3-session introduction to Padel, where basic grips, positioning, technique, rules and scoring are introduced.

D- (Beginner)
Having learnt the basics of Padel, you will still struggle to execute basic forehand & backhand strokes, with difficulty to maintain a rally from the back of the court. Movement on the court is limited, with little awareness for the right positioning, strategy and shot selection.

D (Novice)
You can now rally 5-6 balls with a coach from the back of the court, but lack overall consistency. You struggle with volleys & overheads, and rallies are short with frequent errors. You are beginning to understand playing with the glass. You are also beginning to understand basic court positioning but late to react, and yet unable to coordinate with partner.

D+ (Advancing Beginner)
You can now rally and return with forehand & backhand groundstrokes at a slow pace from the back of the court, and are able to start playing games. Your awareness for glass play is improved. Volleys, lobs & smashes are still a challenge, but you are starting to recognise positioning patterns and basic strategies with improved movement.
Intermediate level

C- (Lower Intermediate)
You have been playing regularly for at least a year, starting to understand the flow of the game, rallying and returning consistently and able to play at the net. Volleys are improving, lobs are in play more strategically, you can attempt overheads but may struggle with power & accuracy. You can anticipate the opponent's shots and move to the right positions and implement basic offensive and defensive strategies.

C (Intermediate)
You play regularly, and can execute all shots with confidence. You have the skills for double glass play, bandejas and consistent forehand, backhand, serves and volleys. Your lobs and smashes are more accurate and purposeful. You have a good understanding of positioning and movement, and skills at the net, constructing strategic points, and combining well with your partner.

C+ (Upper Intermediate)
You are a confident player with significant experience in match play, and good controlled skills. You have good movement, footwork, and excellent court coverage. You anticipate well, switching seamlessly from defensive to offensive tactics. You can dominate the game with good defense at double glass play, fast volleys, sliced volleys, smashes, flat strokes, and spins with few unforced errors.
Advanced level

B (Advanced)
A very experienced player, competing regularly in high-level tournaments. All strokes are sharp, consistent and controlled with powerful, accurate smashes and overheads that often end points. Highly strategic, great ability to construct points, dominate the net and defend effectively.

B+ (Upper Advanced)
Near professional level, frequently competing successfully in high-level tournaments with advanced technical and tactical SKILLS. Complete mastery of court positioning and advanced strategy, with great ability to read the opponent's intentions & break down weaknesses to out-play them with ease.
