I’m Gwen Tan, CEO & Founder of Tennis 360, and my journey with tennis has been anything but typical. When I arrived in Dubai in 2005, I had no experience with the sport. But at 41, I picked up a racquet for the first time, and that moment changed everything. Tennis quickly became my passion, shaping not only my future but also the tennis landscape here in the UAE.
In 2010, I founded Tennis 360 with a simple vision: to bring people together and create a welcoming space for players of all ages and levels. We quickly grew into Dubai’s premier racquet sports destination, now offering tennis, padel, and pickleball. With innovative and structured programs, a packed weekly calendar of social events, and a tight-knit community, players can improve their game and truly belong.
Building this community has been one of my greatest joys. In 2013, I’m also proud to have created the UAETF Inter-Club Ladies Doubles League, which now has 150 active players competing weekly. More than just a league, it’s a space where women in the region can connect, compete, and grow, just like at Tennis 360.
Tennis has given me life skills, forged deep bonds, strengthened a passion and my goal is to share that experience with as many as possible.
